Momo is Japanese style erotic massage parlor in Bangkok. This place is not to be confused with the better known Momo Cafe located inside of the Courtyard by Marriott hotel. I much prefer the offering at Momo massage anyway.
This Momo is located in the Thonglor section of Bangkok. It is just a very short walk from the Thong Lo BTS station. Thonglor is not necessarily a hotbed of sensual massage. In the ten years this website has been online I have only covered one other venue in the area. That was the appropriately named Thonglor 2 Massage.
To add confusion Momo is sometimes called Momo Thonglor or Momo Massage. But the official name of the place is just “Momo”. Momo (桃) means peach in Japan. The name is right on the money because this massage parlor is one peach of a place!
Momo Massage Thonglor
Momo is incredibly close to the main Sukhumvit strip but not necessarily easy to find. The shop is located in a small alley called Sukhumvit Soi 53/1 which is literally right out of exit 3 of Thong Lo station. The alley is not long at all. So finding the alley basically means finding Momo massage.
The Momo parlor is located on the left hand side at the end of the alley. There is a small pink and white sign over the door that spells out the name of the shop in both English and Thai. The entrance door itself is tinted out black so that no one in the alley can see inside. Not that the quiet dead end soi is really full of people anyway.
A Thai gal capable of speaking her native language and Thai staffs the front desk. A LINE account for the shop is managed by someone who can speak English, Japanese and Chinese. So many languages are covered when it comes to booking.
Booking appointments in advance is possible but probably not necessarily outside of the most popular times. The shop even offers outcall in Bangkok but that too can be limited on weekends when the shop is particularly busy with walk-in clientele.
Staff, service and summary
It is no exaggeration to say that Momo has some of the best looking women of any venue of the sort in Bangkok today. Sure the staff at any place like this can change from one day to the next. But when you see a lineup like this at what is essentially an oily massage parlor you know that the management has high standards.
There well over two dozen women working at Momo. All are attractive ladies. Most are in their early twenties. Though a few like the busty Miki are actually nineteen.
If there is any downside to Momo massage at all it is the rates. The prices at Momo are slightly higher than some other similar massage parlors in Bangkok. On the other hand the quality at Momo is so much higher than much of the competition that we are really comparing apples and oranges.
A standard one hour session at Momo costs 2400 Baht ($69 USD). That includes a lotion massage, oral, and a full service finale. A ninety minute session is available for just 200 Baht more. The longer sessions allows customers to pop off two loads if they so desire.
A VIP room with jetted tub is available for an extra 300 Baht. Threesome sessions with two ladies are just double the normal rate too. The shop also throws in a drink with each session which is a very nice customer-oriented touch that is reminiscent of Japan.
Another thing I do not necessarily like about Momo is that they use the old photo book style for bookings. So when customers show up at the shop they are shown a book containing touched up photos of the available ladies instead of being presented with a lineup of the ladies themselves. Some guys say they prefer the photo lineup because it doesn’t make them shy or put them on the spot. Yet even the most accurate photos in the world don’t always reflect what a person looks like in real life.
In any event it is hardly the end of the world. As I wrote above the management at Momo goes out of its way to hire some really attractive Thai ladies. They tend more towards the Asian standard of beauty of course. That means mainly petite gals with light skin and few or no tattoos. The lineup here is much different than what you would see in a Thai go go bar. And this helps demonstrate the physical diversity of Thailand’s female population.
The rooms at Momo are about average. But again how much does this really matter? Don’t get me wrong. I do quite enjoy the luxurious surroundings of some of truly well designed parlors like Aya Massage. But the main draw at any shop of this sort is always going to be the women on staff.
The ladies working at Momo are an attractive and accommodating bunch. Some are more skilled than others but none are the kind you would throw out of bed for eating biscuits. Momo has a really great lineup of lovely Thai babes. And they all provide the services that are promised. It is difficult to find much wrong with that. Four stars.
