Former England captain Michael Vaughan has predicted India’s win in the fourth and final Test against Australia. He made a statement after Virat Kohli scored his 28th Test ton.
“India to win this Test,” he wrote. Earlier, he heaped massive praise on the 34-year-old Indian batter for breaking his century drought in red-ball cricket. Kohli was looking for a ton since 2019.
“Good to see @imVkohli back scoring a Test ton .. Love watching him Bat .. Over 3 yrs since his last one .. My guess is a few might come along now .. #INDvAUS #Kohli #100.”
Apart from Kohli, Shubman Gill also smashed a hundred in the ongoing match of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahemdabad.
On the other hand, Australia accumulated 480 runs in the first innings, with opener Usman Khawaja and Cameron Green scoring hundreds.
