Rishabh Pant has been ruled out of the tournament after he sustained severe injuries following a fatal car crash on December 30.

Green, IPL’s second most expensive buy, fractured his finger, which ruled him out of the third Test. The 23-year-old is expected to play in a four-match Test series against India and the India Premier League.

Richardson, who represents Perth Scorchers, was bought for 1.5 crores by Mumbai Indians in the auction. According to the reports, Richardson will be out of action for 2-3 weeks but will be fit for the IPL.
